Basic Training SessionsOccurs every Tuesday. A basic overview of the RTE and the day to day processing of a winery.
10 AM - 12 PM Advanced Modular Training SessionsSee below for more details. The advanced concepts and tools of the RTE Modules.
Clubs ModuleOccurs on the first Thursday of each month. This session is a detailed look at processing a Club. This includes the package setup through order fulfillment, membership management and re-processing declines.
10 AM - 12 PM Customer ManagementOccurs on the second Thursday of each month. This is a detailed look at the customer module. This includes the CRM functions as well as a detailed look at the import tool and merging duplicate records.
10 AM - 12 PM Product/Category ManagementOccurs on the third Thursday of each month. This is a detailed look at the Product and Category management tools in the RTE. Learn about club exclusive categories as well as bundles and other product related topics.
10 AM - 12 PM Content Management & Email MarketingOccurs on the fourth Thursday of each month. This is a detailed look at the HTML editor capabilities in the RTE. Learn about hyperlinks, image management, documents and so much more. This also includes a section on using the Email blast tool and creating / editing HTML email templates.
